









My name is Sophie Lipitz, and I am a private chef located in the Hudson Valley. My food is of and about this valley, timely with the season, and shaped to your taste. ​I typically cater to parties of 6 to 100 people, emphasizing sculptural arrangements of local produce, hyper-seasonality, and ethical sourcing. My menus often include food I have grown or foraged, and I love to work with clients on special projects like making a take-home jam with fruit grown on the property or using nostalgic shells as pudding spoons.

My price per person ranges between $150-$300 per person based on the menu chosen and the level of service needed. I work both alone and with a team. All events include full setup and breakdown of dishes.
